Inside Sales Account Manager Wholesale Plumbing & HVAC

Bender Plumbing Supplies is hiring Inside Sales Account Managers to grow and manage our wholesale plumbing & HVAC accounts. This is a relationship-driven, inside sales role no cold calling.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow existing accounts
• Provide pricing, quotes, and inventory support
• Build trusted advisor relationships
• Identify sales opportunities and increase revenue
• Support project bids and customer requests
• Resolve issues from order entry to delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years inside sales, account management, or customer service
• Experience with contractors, construction, or trade customers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Wholesale plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or building supply experience
