AmeriPro Roofing, a national leader in exterior home remodeling for 25+ years offering a stable base salary + uncapped commission, is hiring Outside Sales Representatives. Outside Sales Representatives educate and guide homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and windows projects. You'll prospect (door-to-door, networking, referrals), perform roof/exterior inspections, navigate retail/insurance pricing/prepare quotes/financing options and close projects using our leading CRM, Service Titan, and mobile tools. Compensation and benefits: Base salary + uncapped commission. Pay: $100,000$250,000 per year, plus incentives. Vehicle allowance (for qualifying vehicles). Responsibilities & activities: Generate leads. Convert issued leads. Conduct roof/exterior inspections. Educate homeowners. Build relationships. Monitor sales performance. Solve problems.
Qualifications: 2+ years full cycle sales experience with a proven track record preferred. Backgrounds that thrive in this role: residential or B2C sales, former business owners, real estate, insurance sales and B2B outside sales. 1-2 years' experience using CRM (Service Titan, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. Valid driver's license, reliable and insured vehicle; working availability of 45 hours including some evenings/weekends. Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and organizational skills. Self-directed, coachable, resilient and motivated by performance-based compensation. Comfortable with outdoor field work and using mobile apps, mobile device for photos/notes/lead entries.
Location: Macomb, Southeast Iowa, Springfield, Peoria. Day in the life (example)
Morning: Route planning, review yesterday's follow-ups, confirm inspections.
Midday: Door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood networking.
Afternoon: Scheduled inspections, documentation, estimates in Service Titan.
Evening: Customer follow-ups, proposal reviews, pipeline updates.
