Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and detail-oriented Cluster Sales Coordinator Jakarta Sales Office to join our professional and passionate Sales team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

As a Cluster Sales Coordinator Jakarta Sales Office, you will be responsible for:

• Providing an excellent and consistent level of service to both internal and external customers.
• Supporting the Sales team operationally and administratively in achieving the departments pre-determined sales and revenue targets.
• Preparing proposals, contracts, reports, and other sales-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinating client communications, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for the Sales Managers.
• Maintaining and updating sales systems, databases, and account records.
• Assisting in organizing sales trips, client events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Handling inquiries and ensuring prompt responses in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of confirmed business.
• Ensuring proper filing, documentation, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a professional image and upholding Hyatts service excellence standards at all times.
