The primary function of the Parts Counter Representative is to handle internal and external customer requests for parts purchases.

Duties And Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquires and parts sales, in person, by phone, in person and electronically.\nResearch customer request and needs where necessary and determine correct part(s) needed.\nIf part(s) are in stock, produce invoices from computer system; if not in stock and customer wants to order, create purchase order and process orders.\nReview parts requests from the service department and provide quotes for parts requested.
