Title: Cradle-to-Grave Sales Executive
Position Type: Need onsite in AZ, CO, TX, MO
Locations: Hazel Dell, WA Billings, MT Napal, ID El Mirage, AZ Fargo, ND Burbank, SD Columbia, DE New Brunsfield TX Columbia, MO
Salary: $50,000 - $90,000 base (DOE)
Commission: Uncapped tiered commission plan

Role Overview:
We are looking for self-starting, entrepreneurial sales professionals who thrive in a cradle-to-grave freight model. This role is for true hunters who can build their own book of business from the ground up, manage customer relationships, and personally execute the day-to-day movement of freight.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect, cold call, and close new customers to grow your book of business
- Develop long-term relationships and serve as the main point of contact for your accounts
- Source, negotiate, and manage carrier relationships to ensure freight is moved efficiently and cost-effectively
- Manage the full shipment lifecycle: quoting, booking, tracking, and troubleshooting
- Deliver exceptional service and communication to both shippers and carriers
- Work independently while also collaborating with a high-energy, growth-driven team
- Monitor market trends and stay competitive with pricing and margin strategy
- 5+ years of experience in a freight brokerage or 3PL environment
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales and margin goals
- Ability to build a book from scratch and grow customer relationships over time
- Strong understanding of full truckload (FTL), LTL, and other freight modes
- Grit, resilience, and drive this is a performance-focused environment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
