This is a high-impact in-home sales role, reporting to Carmine Pero, where youll work directly with homeowners to provide solutions for heating, cooling, and water heater installations.

???? What Youll Do

???? Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments

???? Identify HVAC needs and recommend solutions

???? Generate additional leads through networking and outreach

???? Partner with field technicians to identify system improvement opportunities

???? Manage your sales pipeline in CRM

???? Present proposals via iPad and assist customers with financing options

???? Follow up to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

? What Were Looking For

???? Experience in in-home sales (HVAC or home services preferred)

???? Strong communication and relationship-building skills

???? Comfortable using technology (tablet, CRM, mobile tools)

???? Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

???? Open to coaching and continuous development

???? Valid drivers license

???? Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule, including evenings/weekends as needed
