* Creating those #MagicMoments with members in the studio!

* Greeting all who walk through our doors with positivity and a smile

* Introduce Orangetheory's science-backed workouts to any first-time guest

* Responding to all member calls, emails, or texts within a timely manner

* Giving studio previews, delivering top-notch product knowledge with confidence

* Working hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout

* Selling memberships to help the studio thrive and achieve their #GOALS

* Following up on prospective clients over the phone and/or in-person

* Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution

* Maintaining organization through administrative tasks

* Participating in marketing and outreach events

* Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
