Our Sales Associates Will Also
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
- Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
- Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
- Operate POS system and photography equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- All other tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who can work independently
- Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
- Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
- Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
- Flexibility to work during "peak" retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
Knowledge, Experience & Skill
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently

All Sales Associates/Photographers, who are at least 18 years of age, will have the opportunity to work as Bunny Character for an additional $2/hour. If working as a Bunny Character, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Engage with guests in positive, energetic, and professional manner
- Pose for photos with children and families
- Always remain in character, wearing supplied costume, while on location and within public view
- Drive positive customer experiences
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently
- Strong stamina and physically able to handle the demands of a full body costume, including limited visibility/mobility and high temperature
