Menorah Park Sales Representative

Established in 1912, the Jewish Home of CNY evolved from a small rooming house in downtown Syracuse to become the 36-acre campus in DeWitt known as Menorah Park. Responsibilities:

  • Locate prospective residents for a Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Short Term/Long Term Care Facility
  • Provide marketing information about Menorah Park Campus.
  • Contact potential residents
  • Provide initial information
  • Make appointments to visit campus
  • Conduct tours
  • Follow up calls to potential residents, care givers and/or family member

Requirements:

  • Strong Sales background
  • Knowledgeable about the Menorah Park Campus
  • Ability to network
  • Negotiation skills
  • Friendly and personable
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales goals
  • Able to use various sites to build relationships with local hospitals, health care providers, doctor's offices, etc.
  • Track and analyze all efforts

Education:

Associate's required, Bachelor's preferred in Sales and/or Marketing
