Menorah Park Sales Representative
Established in 1912, the Jewish Home of CNY evolved from a small rooming house in downtown Syracuse to become the 36-acre campus in DeWitt known as Menorah Park. Responsibilities:
- Locate prospective residents for a Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Short Term/Long Term Care Facility
- Provide marketing information about Menorah Park Campus.
- Contact potential residents
- Provide initial information
- Make appointments to visit campus
- Conduct tours
- Follow up calls to potential residents, care givers and/or family member
Requirements:
- Strong Sales background
- Knowledgeable about the Menorah Park Campus
- Ability to network
- Negotiation skills
- Friendly and personable
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales goals
- Able to use various sites to build relationships with local hospitals, health care providers, doctor's offices, etc.
- Track and analyze all efforts
Education:
Associate's required, Bachelor's preferred in Sales and/or Marketing
