Job Description

• Manage parts sale process in its entirety
• Effectively manage phone traffic
• Assist with department inventory management
• Provide accurate pricing quotes by phone and in person
• Process, manage, and fill parts orders to completion
• Ensure a clean, organized working space, as well as department showroom
• Maintain professional demeanor while representing Fitzgerald Peterbilt

Qualifications

• Previous sales/industry experience necessary
• Retail background knowledge
• Computer literacy, including experience multitasking multiple programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Superior customer service phone skills with high call volume
• Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds
