Job Title: Phlebotomist III Floater Job Location: Bellingham, WA Job Duration: 6+ Months (Possibility of Extension) Shift: Day Shift: Varies from Mon - Fri Pay Rate: $22.60 $27.40/hr. on W2. Job Description: The Phlebotomist III Float represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. This role requires drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while adhering to established practices and procedures. The Phlebotomist III Float has direct contact with patients, helping to build trust and confidence while performing blood collections in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner. This position provides coverage at multiple locations and in various roles such as Patient Service Centers, In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP), Mobile, and Long-Term Care. Candidates must be able to act as a lead on-site and support onboarding for new clients and employees. This role often supports complex and high-volume practices, requiring excellent communication and collaboration across multiple departments including Sales, Lab Testing, IT, Billing, and Logistics.
