Automotive Sales Manager
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help drive continued growth at Findlay CJDR. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to motivate a team, deliver great customer experiences, and consistently hit sales goals.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Manage daily sales operations and showroom activity
- Support the desk with deal structuring, incentives, and pricing strategies
- Ensure a strong, customer-first sales process from start to finish
- Work closely with finance, service, and upper management
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and gross profit
- Train and develop sales staff through ongoing coaching and feedback
- Enforce dealership policies and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Step in to assist with customer concerns and ensure positive outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (dealership experience required)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Solid understanding of automotive sales processes and desking deals
- Ability to motivate, train, and hold a team accountable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Results-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
