About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated
Automotive Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and help drive continued growth at Findlay CJDR. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to motivate a team, deliver great customer experiences, and consistently hit sales goals. If you’re a strong leader who enjoys coaching, setting the tone on the showroom floor, and being part of a successful dealership, we’d love to talk to you. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals Manage daily sales operations and showroom activity Support the desk with deal structuring, incentives, and pricing strategies Ensure a strong, customer-first sales process from start to finish Work closely with finance, service, and upper management Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and gross profit Train and develop sales staff through ongoing coaching and feedback Enforce dealership policies and maintain compliance with all regulations Step in to assist with customer concerns and ensure positive outcomes What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (dealership experience required) Strong leadership and team-building skills Solid understanding of automotive sales processes and desking deals Ability to motivate, train, and hold a team accountable Excellent communication and customer service skills Results-driven mindset Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why You’ll Like Working Here
