We are actively seeking an experienced
Automotive Sales / Desk Manager
who knows how to structure deals, lead a sales team, and drive performance on a busy showroom floor.
If you are currently a
Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or Finance Manager at a dealership
and looking for a better opportunity with strong leadership, real inventory, and serious income potential — we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
Desk and structure new and pre-owned vehicle deals
Work directly with sales consultants to close deals and maximize gross
Manage negotiations, trade values, and payment structures
Coach and motivate the sales team to improve performance
Assist with customer escalations and ensure an exceptional buying experience
Maintain deal flow and coordinate closely with the F&I department
What We’re Looking For
Automotive dealership management experience required
Strong knowledge of deal structure and desking
Proven leadership and closing ability
High energy and a results-driven mindset
