Automotive Sales Manager $250,000 – $300,000+ Annual Earning Potential PechelesAutomotive – Greenville, NC This is not an entry-level management role. We are looking for a proven automotive sales leader ready to drive a high-volume dealership. PechelesAutomotive is expanding and looking for a high-energy Automotive Sales Manager who knows how to desk deals, drive volume, hold accountability, and build a winning culture with training and daily involvement with your team. If you can lead from the front, close deals, and develop salespeople, this is an opportunity to earn $250K–$300K+ annually with one of the most respected automotive groups in the region. What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a high-performing automotive sales team Desk deals and structure transactions to maximize profitability Drive daily sales activity, appointments, and closing ratios Train and develop sales consultants to improve volume and gross Monitor CRM activity, internet leads, and showroom traffic Maintain strong customer satisfaction and reputation Work closely with Finance and BDC teams to maximize results Track and improve KPIs including volume, gross, and closing rates What We’re Looking For
Proven Automotive Sales Manager experience Strong desking and deal-structuring ability Track record of high volume and strong gross performance Ability to coach, motivate, and hold salespeople accountable Experience managing internet and showroom sales processes Strong leadership and communication skills High energy and competitive mindset Compensation & Benefits
