Proven success in automotive sales (management experience preferred)
Strong closer who can desk deals and maximize gross
Natural leader who motivates, trains, and holds people accountable

Comfortable with CRM, digital leads, and modern sales processes
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to hit and exceed monthly targets
Desk deals, structure financing, and close customers
Train, coach, and develop sales consultants
Monitor KPIs, follow up on leads, and drive showroom traffic
Maintain a high‑energy, professional sales floor culture
Work closely with GM and F&I to optimize performance
