Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year call center customer service experience preferred
• Be coachable, able to work well with others in a team environment
• High flying, positive attitude
• Able to apply the use of phone scripts, email, and text message templates
• Strong computer data entry ability
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Professionally and quickly respond to customer inquiries, with accurate information
• Stay up-to-date with customer follow-up tasks
• Answer inbound calls, cheerfully, and professionally
• Assist customers in their research & steer them toward Subaru of Las Vegas
• Coordinate customer visits by appointment
