Description

Our Livingston store has immediate openings for full-time and part-time sale associates in the Power Tools department!

If interested, stop in to inquire in-person - feel free to fill out an application in-store or online. In the Tool Department, you will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting, while providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Welcome and identify customer needs

* Explain products and services to customers

* Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock

* Enter and process customer orders

* Investigate and resolve customer issues

* Process tool warranties and repairs

* Work with customers over the phone

Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

* Experience with tools is helpful, but not necessary. Kenyon Noble will provide training.

* Ability to thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment

* Ability to build rapport with customers and vendors

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Positive attitude
