Inside Sales Representative - No Experience Required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on sales leads. Leads to be developed from start to finish.
  • Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information per email.
  • Keep up with product and service information and updates.
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
  • Stay informed about competing products and services.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and improve Talk Scripts
  • Input inside sales activities and create step plans in Salesforce.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship with potential /existing customers
  • Have virtual meetings with potential / existing customers or visit to evaluate needs, promote products & service, or solve issues.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on potential / existing customers.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales effort.
  • Take SAR Level 1 training and Continuous Learning Programs.
  • Participate in Quarterly regional sales meetings.
  • Conduct THK product training seminars with support from Engineering.
  • Work closely with SF Regional Customer Service (SARs) to ensure orders are placed to meet their demand.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and activities based on TAP / RSS principles
  • Excellent commnunication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Proficient of keyboards, Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint), AS400 system, Salesforce
  • Knowledge of THK products and sales process
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Bachelors degree required, any field of study
  • Entry levl role, no experience necessary. 2 ~ 3 years of experience in an outbound call center or related sales position preferred
  • Speak English fluently and communicate well with others (customers and employees),
  • Ability to read a print, Write correspondence legibly and intelligently.
  • Any bilingual skill is welcome.
  • Ability to prioritize, to handle multiple tasks at once, and to carry out written or oral instructions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies using TAP philosophy
  • Need valid drivers licence
  • Occasional local (car) and air travel, occasional overnight travel
