Were seeking a polished, relationship-driven Sales Consultant who is comfortable working with upper-middle-class and high-net-worth clients by guiding them through complex, high-value decisions. Industry experience is not required and is not a priority.



If youve succeeded in real estate, luxury automotive, jewelry, financial services, or professional advisory sales - and you know how to earn trust, manage long sales cycles, and represent a premium brand - we can teach you the industry.



This is not a retail or transactional sales role. Success here comes from judgment, listening, and long-term relationship building.

This role is a strong fit if you:

  • Have experience in relationship-based, consultative sales

  • Are comfortable working with affluent or high-expectation clients

  • Prefer fewer deals, larger projects, and longer sales cycles

  • Enjoy acting as an advisor rather than a product pusher

  • Value professionalism, follow-through, and discretion


This role is not a good fit if you prefer:


  • High-volume or quick-close sales environments

  • Scripted pitches, rigid quotas, or one-call close tactics

  • Retail floors, walk-in traffic, or price-driven selling

  • Standardized products with fixed pricing

What Youll Do

  • Meet with homeowners to understand lifestyle goals, priorities, and budgets

  • Lead thoughtful, professional conversations with discerning clients

  • Guide clients through complex decisions in a calm, confident manner

  • Present tailored solutions clearly, without relying on technical jargon

  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and contracts (training provided)

  • Manage your sales pipeline with consistent, professional follow-up

  • Coordinate closely with internal design and installation teams

  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business

We Care About:

  • Proven success in consultative or relationship-driven sales

  • Experience working with sophisticated or luxury clientele

  • Strong communication skills and professional presence

  • Emotional intelligence, discretion, and reliability

  • The ability to listen, advise, and guide clients effectively


We Do Not Require:


  • Smart home, AV, or low-voltage experience

  • Technical background or certifications

  • Prior construction or integration experience

We will train you on the technology, systems, and process.



Compensation & Growth
