Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and generate candidate pipelines for Insurance Sales Agents across the U.S.
- Leverage social media platforms-including LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), and niche insurance communities-to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Craft compelling job posts, content, and outreach messages that reflect Brightway's brand and drive candidate interest.
- Conduct market research to identify new channels, competitors, talent pools, and online communities where prospective agents are active.
- Manage job postings across multiple job boards, social media platforms, and Brightway's ATS.
- Screen inbound inquiries to assess interest and qualification before handing off to Recruiters.
- Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics using Brightway's recruiting tools.
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and prioritize roles.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Insurance Sales landscape-licensing requirements, agent profiles, and competitive trends.
- 1-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high-volume sales, insurance, or agency environments.
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing social media sourcing strategies.
- Strong copywriting skills for posts, outreach messages, and engagement content.
- Comfortable navigating and engaging across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook Groups, Instagram, TikTok, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to build relationships quickly with passive talent.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data discipline.
