Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values in the Meridian area.
- Prepare and present competitive market analysis to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other events to showcase properties to potential buyers.
- Maintain a strong network of industry professionals, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to promote listings and attract potential clients.
- Valid real estate license in the state of Idaho.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in real estate software and technology tools.
