What You'll Do

* Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

* Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

* Merchandise and maintain an inspiring, organized showroom.

* Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.

* Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.

* Participate in promotional events and special projects to boost sales.

What We're Looking For

* High school diploma or GED.

* 1-3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.

* Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.

* Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.

* Forklift certification required prior to operation.

* Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
