Compensation You Can Count On

We offer a transparent, competitive, and motivating pay structure:

• Total expected earnings: $15$20+/hour on average
• Base pay: $12/hour
• Commission: Uncapped commission, with typical earnings adding an extra $3$8/hour
• Bilingual Spanish pay differential available

What You'll Do (Job Overview)

As a Mobile Associate, you'll be part of our Retail Team of Expertsenthusiastic brand ambassadors who bring technology to life for our customers.

You will:

• Create meaningful connections with customers
• Build excitement around devices, services, and solutions
• Learn to uncover customer needs and recommend the right products
• Thrive in a fast paced environment where tech and customer expectations evolve
• Demonstrate, educate, and guide customers through solutions
• Collaborate with a supportive team committed to helping you grow

This is a development role, designed to help you build skills and confidence as you move toward becoming a Mobile Expert. All new hires complete comprehensive trainingthe Premier Wireless way!
