What You'll Do

• Guide customers through a welcoming, no-pressure vehicle buying experience
• Present vehicles, offer test drives, and explain features, pricing, and value
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business
• Work closely with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience
• Achieve personal income goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• A motivated, customer-focused professional who loves helping people
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license meet motor vehicle guidelines to remain insurable and able to drive on company property
• Ability to be on your feet throughout the day
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required we'll train the right person
