We are seeking a driven and personable Real Estate Showing Partner to join our dynamic team. You'll work closely with our Buyers Agents to conduct property showings and provide a top-tier experience for clients throughout their home-buying journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading property tours for clients, highlighting features and answering questions to help them explore their options.
• Building strong connections with clients, assisting them in understanding their preferences and guiding them through the home search process.
• Managing and organizing property showing schedules, ensuring appointments are timely and efficient.
• Staying up-to-date with local market trends and property details to provide clients with valuable insights.
• Working hand-in-hand with Buyers Agents and the broader team to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Collecting and relaying client feedback after showings to refine their home search and improve the process.

Qualifications include:

• Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one (we offer assistance with licensing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and client-focused.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Comfortable with technology and real estate tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
