The Grubb Company is an established boutique residential real estate firm in the East Bay. Known for our personalized service, strong local presence, and collaborative, tight-knit culture, were looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our North Berkeley office and help take our agents and our business to the next level.
About the Role
As Sales Manager, youll be the driving force behind the performance and growth of our North Berkeley office. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching agents, building community relationships, and staying hands-on in the sales/contract crafting process all while representing a high-touch, luxury boutique brand.
What Youll Do
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of residential real estate agents
- Recruit, onboard, and coach new agents to support long-term success
- Drive sales performance by tracking activity, pipeline, and local market trends
- Build brand presence through local networking, events, and marketing initiatives
- Work closely with the companys staff team who will support you along the way
What Were Looking For
- Active real estate license required. Brokers license is a plus.
- 5+ years of residential real estate experience
- Previous leadership, team lead, or mentoring experience preferred
- Proven sales success and strong understanding of our local markets
- Confident communicator with a collaborative leadership style
- Self-starter comfortable working independently in a satellite office
- Familiarity with MLS, CRM systems, and real estate tech tools
- We will thoroughly train you on our current Tech Stack and you will be the primary evangelist promoting adoption in the office
