Job Overview
S2 Construction LLC is seeking a motivated and driven Roofing & Construction Estimator / Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants to directly control their income.
In this position, you will meet with homeowners, assess roofing and exterior repair needs, prepare accurate estimates, and close residential construction projects. You'll play a critical role in helping clients protect and restore their homes while building a strong personal pipeline of sales opportunities. A short-term weekly draw is provided during the onboarding period to help you ramp up quickly.

- Commissions paid when job is 100% complete and paid by owner with 100% satisfaction
- 6.5% commission on sold jobs up to $40K (per week), 8% on jobs after that. If you think you can get more
commission out of the job, it can be changed in the estimating program. - Weekly Draw: $500 per week for the first 4-8 weeks (recoverable draw)
- Estimated Annual Earnings Potential: $80,000-$150,000+ based on performance

Key Responsibilities
As a Roofing & Construction Estimator / Sales Representative, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofing and exterior construction needs.
- Evaluate damage related to roofing, siding, fascia, rot repair, and related residential projects.
- Prepare accurate and professional estimates for roofing and construction work.
- Present proposals clearly and confidently to clients.
- Close sales and secure signed contracts.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure smooth project handoff.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and active customers.
- Track sales activity, estimates, and project status accurately.
- Represent S2 Construction professionally in all client interactions.
- Follow all company safety, documentation, and communication standards.
- Experience in roofing sales, construction estimating, or residential construction preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential roofing systems and exterior construction is a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and build trust with homeowners.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Basic computer skills (email, estimating software, CRM tools).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- 100% commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
- $500 per week recoverable draw for the first 4-8 weeks during ramp-up.
- Estimated annual earnings of $80,000-$150,000+, based on sales performance.

- Field-based role serving residential clients in and around Redmond, WA.
- Local travel required for inspections and client meetings.
