Position Title: Showroom Salesperson - Polaris Focus

The Showroom Salesperson plays a vital role in driving sales of Polaris off-road vehicles and other powersports brands. This position involves engaging with customers on the showroom floor, addressing walk-in traffic, managing internet and CRM leads, and ensuring consistent follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have a consultative selling approach, focusing on understanding customer needs and recommending suitable models. Success in this role is determined by unit volume sold, strong product knowledge, and a professional demeanor that avoids traditional car sales tactics. Candidates should be prepared to work in a high-energy environment and be adaptable to various customer demographics.

Salary Range: $30,000 - $35,000 / Year DOE

Showroom Salesperson - Polaris Focus Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers on the showroom floor to facilitate sales
  • Manage and respond to internet and CRM leads
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential buyers
  • Provide product guidance and coordinate demos/test rides
  • Utilize a consultative approach to match products with customer needs

Showroom Salesperson - Polaris Focus Requirements:
  • Polaris experience is a must
  • PowerSports industry experience is required
  • Consultative, low-pressure sales approach is essential
  • 10+ years selling PowerSports vehicles, specifically Polaris off-road products is preferred
