Showroom Salesperson - Polaris Focus

The Showroom Salesperson plays a vital role in driving sales of Polaris off‑road vehicles and other powersports brands. This position involves engaging with customers on the showroom floor, addressing walk‑in traffic, managing internet and CRM leads, and ensuring consistent follow‑ups. The ideal candidate will have a consultative selling approach, focusing on understanding customer needs and recommending suitable models. Success in this role is determined by unit volume sold, strong product knowledge, and a professional demeanor that avoids traditional car sales tactics. Candidates should be prepared to work in a high‑energy environment and be adaptable to various customer demographics.

Salary Range:

$30,000 - $35,000 / Year DOE

Showroom Salesperson - Polaris Focus Responsibilities

Engage with customers on the showroom floor to facilitate sales

Manage and respond to internet and CRM leads

Conduct follow-ups with potential buyers

Provide product guidance and coordinate demos/test rides

Utilize a consultative approach to match products with customer needs

Showroom Salesperson - Polaris Focus Requirements

Polaris experience is a must

PowerSports industry experience is required

Consultative, low‑pressure sales approach is essential

10+ years selling PowerSports vehicles, specifically Polaris off‑road products is preferred
