You'll have the freedom to run your territory like it's your own business and the backing of a recruiting team that can actually deliver. What you'll do on a daily basis:
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting and cold calling, pitching, negotiating, closing.
- Build your territory from the ground up: identify targets, open doors, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
- Sell real solutions, not generic staffing: understand the client's operation and solve actual workforce problems.
- Stay close to your accounts: expand relationships, drive additional business, and protect what you've built.
- Partner with our operations teams who know how to execute, so you can do what you do best and keep selling.
- This is a fully-in-person position and we're looking for a sales exec who enjoys working with their teams and customers each day.
- A track record in staffing sales. We are looking for someone with industry experience who has hit numbers, built relationships, and closed deals.
- Self-motivation that doesn't depend on a manager checking in on you.
- Competitive edge: you like winning, and you don't shy away from a challenge.
- Strong instincts in conversations: you know how to read a room, ask the right questions, and move a deal forward.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to be in front of clients regularly.
