The Membership Sales Concierge position at JJ's Car Wash is full-time or part-time role focused on providing exceptional service (we call it Unreasonable Hospitality) to all existing and prospective monthly members. This position is integral to maintaining a welcoming experience and enhancing the overall wash experience at JJ's Car Wash. The role emphasizes hospitality, account management, sales, membership engagement and allowing individuals to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Operates as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the wash facility.
Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
Maintains updated knowledge to regularly educate and present to guests the pricing and benefits of JJ's Car Wash monthly membership plans.
Assists members and guests with account maintenance, processing member and guest needs, changes, and transaction to wash accounts.
Serves as point of contact for new member acquisitions and member retention interactions.
Engages in problem solving and customer service questions and concerns, utilizing company provided tools and resources.
Easily utilizes company software sales tools and resources to present guests with membership options.

Requirements:

At least one to two years of direct customer service and sales experience.
Passion to serve others and provide out of the box thinking and unreasonable hospitality.
Effective communication skills.
Highly energized personality.
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This position is generally based outdoors so candidate must have ability to work in various conditions and be able to work on their feet.
