- 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Real estate, mortgage, lending, or property-related experience
- Exposure to distressed or complex customer situations
- Experience in multi-touch or longer sales cycles
- Familiarity with assessing property condition or renovation needs
