What we are looking for in Switchers:

* 1 year experience switching in high volume environment>

* Criminal Background Check
*High School Diploma or GED preferred
* ?

Excellent Hourly rate plus overtime!

Primary duty is the movement of trailers in the terminal area to pre-determined locations specified by the customer in a timely manner. Driver is required to represent the Company in a positive image while working with our employees, customers, and community in a safe and ethical manner to achieve financial success.

Yard Switchers follow direction and instructions of established customer processes for the timely movement of loaded and unloaded trailers to various pre-determined locations in drop lot and terminal including shipping and receiving loading docks. ?Driver is responsible for adherence to and implementation of customer and company safety policies, procedures and practices for those specific to the duties of a trained Switcher.? Responsible for fueling and the basic checks of system operating functions of switcher tractor. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all paperwork and logs associated with the position. Follows all workplace processes and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school Diploma or GED, and at least 2 years experience and/or 200,000 OTR miles.? Three (3) points or less on MVR.
