Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crane Sales position located in Elk Grove Village, IL. The Crane Sales professional will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, preparing and delivering tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts to secure sales. They will offer personalized solutions for client lifting and rigging needs while ensuring the accuracy of project requirements and maintaining strong knowledge of company services.
Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presentations and customer interactions Knowledge of the construction, crane, or rigging industry is preferred Proven ability to perform market research and generate xsgimln new business opportunities Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle client accounts Proficiency in basic computer skills, including CRM or sales management software Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the service area High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus
