Company: Fast Growing Roofing Company specializing in storm damaged roofing issues
Position: Home Improvement Sales Trainee
We are hiring motivated sales reps ready to step into a rewarding home improvement career! No roofing sales experience required – just bring your sales background, strong work ethic and willingness to learn! We provide full training!
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience - Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods - Comfortable climbing a ladder and performing inspections
Responsibilities:
- Canvass storm damaged neighborhoods and identify homes with storm damaged roofing - Perform roof inspections - Educate homeowners with insurance restoration and complete necessary paperwork
Compensation:
- Earn $150,000 to $350,000 per year (Top reps can earn from $450K-$900K per year) - Full training
