We are a family-owned, fast-growing residential HVAC and plumbing company committed to delivering 5-star service to our customers. Our team takes pride in professionalism, reliability, and creating a positive experience from the first phone call to job completion. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our company and the first point of contact for our customers.
As a CSR, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, support technicians, prepare & support jobs in regards to booking, paperwork, permits, etc. and ensure every customer receives prompt and professional communication. This role is critical to maintaining smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner • Schedule and confirm HVAC and plumbing service appointments via phone calls, emails, texts, and/or chat and webform requests • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and maintenance agreements • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient scheduling • Resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary • Enter and update customer information and equipment accurately in Service Titan (CRM) • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred • Experience in HVAC and/or plumbing is a plus • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Comfortable handling high call volume • Organized with strong attention to detail • Proficient with computers and CRM systems • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
