Service BDC Representative / Receptionist
Lehighton Kia is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to support our service department. This position plays a key role in handling customer communication, scheduling service appointments, assisting with reception duties, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for all service customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls for the service department Schedule and confirm service appointments Follow up with customers regarding upcoming and missed appointments Greet customers and assist with reception responsibilities Support service advisors with customer communication Assist with customer check-in and check-out processes Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Provide a high level of customer service at all times Qualifications: Strong communication and phone skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience preferred Basic computer skills required Automotive experience is a plus, but not required Schedule: Full-time position Sundays off Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Performance-based incentives available Paid time off Opportunities for growth within the company Equal Opportunity Employer: Rosado Group Dealerships provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
