You will: Assist residents with questions about SNAP, Medicaid (AHCCCS), and cash assistance programs. Process applications, eligibility updates, and case documentation. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests. Investigate and resolve service or eligibility-related issues. Enter and update information in government case management systems. Refer complex cases to appropriate departments when needed. Perform basic transaction support and reconciliation when applicable. Communicate case status updates clearly and professionally to customers. This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: Strong customer service or call center experience. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in sensitive situations. Basic data entry and computer system skills. Experience working with high-volume inquiries or case-based work.
