
Order Entry Specialist

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join a electronics manufacturer in Irvine, CA!
Pay:
$27-28/hr (OT required at times)
Schedule: fully onsite
8:30AM - 5:00PM (Mon-Fri) - flexible start times between 8:00am - 8:30am
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for coordinating customer order activities from start to finish. This includes order processing, pricing, delivery coordination, availability, scheduling, demand requirements, and returns. Under the direction of the Customer Support Supervisor, this role ensures customer requirements are understood and communicated effectively across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing (40%)
Process customer orders accurately and timely.
Order Follow-Up (20%)
Monitor orders to ensure pricing, delivery, and scheduling requirements are met.
Customer Inquiries (15%)
Respond to customer questions regarding orders, availability, and issues.
Administrative Support (15%)
Complete documentation and reporting related to customer orders.
Other Duties (10%)
Support additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
(Relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree)
Experience:
4-6 years of relevant customer support or order management experience

Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Comfortable with
phone-based communication
and general office tasks
SAP experience preferred
Fluency in Spanish and/or Japanese is a plus
