It also distributes content to global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as the Asian media hub for AAPI communities across the country. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) to join our team, who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. If you're bilingual in Korean and have a natural ability to connect with people, we'd love to meet you! Roles & Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective, professional assistance and guidance Resolve customer issues and concerns through phone, chat, and email channels with empathy and efficiency Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information, and address customer queries effectively. Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support
