Hospitality Specialist

The Hospitality Specialist position provides excellent customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings, events, and hospitality tasks at a client (law firm) location along with other requests, as needed. Essential Job Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service Set-up meeting rooms as specified Perform walk through on two floors to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean and stocked with supplies Manage catering orders and large events Clean pantry and kitchen as needed Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks Ability to respond to last minute requests Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred Excellent customer service skills, including tact in handling challenging requests with a smile Good verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel Preferred Shift: 8-430, with some flexibility to meet customer needs This position works 37.5/hours per week The Compensation range for this role is up to 21.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications. This position is part of the Opensity Solutions team.
