Auto Body Estimator (Temp-to-Hire)

$24-$40/hour (based on experience)

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Ultimate Staffing is proudly partnering with an amazing, well-established auto body shop to assist in a temp-to-hire search for an experienced Auto Body Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable team, work in a professional environment, and grow into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles and accurately assess collision damage

Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software

Communicate estimates clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal technicians

Review repair needs, labor, and parts requirements to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on supplement approvals

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

Qualifications

Previous auto body estimating experience preferred

Knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and labor standards

Experience with estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar) is a plus

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
