Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

As a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist in Warsaw, IN, you will: Process and service commercial loan transactions, including payments, advances, renewals, modifications, and payoffs. Prepare new and renewed commercial loans for booking, including system setup of loan terms, guarantors, collateral, fees, billing, schedules, and rate structures. Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy and assist in identifying and resolving documentation or technical exceptions. Basic Qualifications Include: High School diploma or equivalent required. Basic understanding of account principles and bank accounting transactions. Understanding of bank procedures and policies. Personal computer competency with emphasis on Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
