You will serve as a key point of contact for agents and policyholders, ensuring every inquiry is handled with precision and documented with an elite level of detail. Key Responsibilities:

Inquiry Management: Provide accurate information to agents and policyholders regarding specific account status and standard procedures. Concurrent Documentation: Utilize internal systems to create a clear, real-time audit trail for every interaction, ensuring total compliance with quality standards. Administrative Processing: Execute mandated account updates, including financial information changes, address updates, and the issuance of identification materials. Professional Correspondence: Generate official letters and notices using approved templates, ensuring all records are perfectly maintained within the imaging system. Operational Outreach: Conduct targeted outbound calls to gather or provide essential information required for efficient file processing. Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure response accuracy and maintain a seamless department workflow. Experience and Qualifications:

Professional Environment Experience: Proven experience in a call center or structured office support environment is required. You must be comfortable with a set schedule and the discipline of a stationary, high-production workstation. Critical Thinking: The ability to move beyond a script, utilizing active listening and analytical skills to solve problems for various personality types. Documentation Discipline: Exceptional verbal communication and a commitment to meticulous, real-time note-taking. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in insurance or a related regulated industry is preferred but can be taught to a candidate with a strong desire to learn and grow. Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a consistent track record of punctuality for this on-site role. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.25
