As a Customer Service Representative / Loan Specialist, you will help customers access short-term financial solutions while providing friendly, professional service in a fast-paced retail setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with loan applications, renewals, and payments Clearly explain loan terms, fees, and repayment options Verify customer information and required documentation in compliance with company policies and state regulations Accurately process cash transactions and balance the cash drawer daily Answer customer questions in person and over the phone Maintain accurate records and protect confidential customer information Work toward individual and store performance goals Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to accurately handle cash Detail-oriented and dependable Ability to follow procedures and compliance requirements Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Schedule & Work Environment: Retail office environment May include evenings and Saturdays Customer-facing and fast-paced What Payday Express Offers: Competitive hourly pay plus performance incentives Paid training Paid time off and holidays (for eligible employees)
