Sales And Order Support Specialist
Job Summary: The Sales and Order Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer support. This role acts as a key liaison between sales representatives and internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely communication, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Order Management & Customer Support Sales Support & Administration Data Analysis & Reporting Skills: sales support, sap, administrative support Additional Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of related experience. Strong proficiency in ERP and CRM systems Strong Microsoft Excel Skills; Pivot Tables, Functions, Automation and Macros Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience Level: Intermediate Level Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
