What You’ll Do Draft persuasive demand letters outlining liability, medical treatment, and damages Review and summarize complex medical records Build logical, evidence-based arguments supporting settlement value Work directly with attorneys on case strategy Meet weekly production goals in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical writing, thrives on detail, and wants to advocate for injured clients through strong legal storytelling. What We’re Looking For Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree Excellent writing and reading comprehension skills Strong attention to detail Ability to review and understand medical records Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working with catastrophic injury cases Willing to complete a writing sample during the interview process Why Thompson Law?
