We\'re seeking a Kitchen & Bath Sales/Design Consultant who combines design insight with proactive sales skills--someone who can both nurture inbound leads and generate new opportunities through community presence and relationship building. Earnings & Sales Opportunity OTE: salary Experienced sales/design consultant expected to sell $1M+ annually Base salary is $22K/year + commissions + bonuses for $1M = $95,000+ annually Position also offers company paid health care premiums (typically an $8K-$18K annual benefit based on family circumstances); Company matching 401K; Company vehicle for sales calls What You\'ll Do Respond promptly to inbound homeowner inquiries and follow up consistently Qualify prospects for scope, budget, and timeline Conduct design center and in-home consultations and needs analysis Present cabinetry, finishes, and product options to help clients make confident design decisions Prepare detailed scopes, estimates, and proposals Execute contracts and coordinate handoff to production Actively develop new leads through networking, home shows, referrals, and local outreach Request and cultivate reviews and repeat business What We\'re Looking For Proven consultative sales experience in remodeling, construction, or home design Ability to balance warm leads with proactive business development Knowledge of kitchen and bath products preferred Organized, professional, and self-directed Join a company that invests in its people, values strong relationships, and delivers work you can be proud of. #J-18808-Ljbffr
