In the last 6 months, we have already driven $221.4M in incremental revenue for our customers like Dropbox, Replit, and Intuit.
- Own the Business: Be the CEO of your accounts and own the full sales cycle end-to-end from initial interest and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Drive Deals: Run executive level discovery, value presentations and custom demos, POCs, navigating legal, and proving ROI to multi-stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Growth, and CMOs).
- Methodology: Work with leadership to continuously refine the sales methodology by codifying learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices as we scale.
- Partner with Engineering: Collaborate cross-functionally with our Research and Product teams to feed market intelligence and customer feedback directly into the roadmap.
- 7+ years of Account Executive experience in B2B tech sales (AI or MarTech bonus) with a history of exceeding quotas.
- Value-Based Seller: You can sell value, not just features and benefits. You know how to map technical capabilities to real-world business outcomes and de-risking company initiatives.
- Master of Discovery: You are an expert at uncovering business goals, translating those to technical needs, and articulating how AI technology can drive revenue and de-risk existing company initiatives.
- The "Builder" Mentality: You aren’t just looking for a "plug-and-play" role. You are excited to create systems from the ground up and help codify best practices in an evolving market.
- Multi-Stakeholder Expert: You know how to sell differently to end-users and managers VS executives and decision-makers.

- $275,000 - $435,000 (OTE)
- Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity (pre Series-A)
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligibility
- OTE: Competitive commission structure with uncapped upside.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
